1. 1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and Citronetic Limited ("Citronetic," "we," "us," or "our"), an AI-native story company. They govern your access to and use of our corporate and marketing website located at https://citronetic.com (the "Site").

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not access or use the Site.

The "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you use the Site applies to that use.

2. 2. About This Site

The Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes only. It describes Citronetic, its brand, and its products. You do not need an account to browse the Site, and the Site does not offer logins, user accounts, payments, or purchases. No transactions take place on the Site.

Citronetic's products are separate services, each with its own terms of service and privacy policy that govern your use of that product. These products include Chat Sights (chatsights.com), Ockine, Swipi, and Citron Script. Nothing on the Site, and nothing in these Terms, governs your use of those products. To use any product, please review and accept the terms and privacy policy published for that product.

Information on the Site may be updated, changed, or removed at any time without notice, and it may include forward-looking statements about products or features that are subject to change.

3. 3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for a general, global audience. By using the Site, you represent that you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you and that you are not barred from using the Site under any applicable law.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through the Site. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with information through the Site, please contact us at gan.liu@citronetic.com so we can address it.

4. 4. Permitted Use and Acceptable Conduct

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Site for lawful, informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree to use the Site only in ways that are lawful and that do not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. In particular, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited conduct:

• Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or using automated means to access, collect, or copy content or data from the Site, except for legitimate search-engine indexing that respects the Site's robots directives.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks, or probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Site, including by introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or by placing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure (for example, denial-of-service activity).
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Site, or attempting to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Copying, reproducing, republishing, framing, mirroring, distributing, or creating derivative works from the Site or its content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or by applicable law.
• Using the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material, or to violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices displayed on the Site.
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation, or using the Site in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise harmful.

5. 5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents — including the "Citronetic" name and wordmark, the Citronetic brand and logos, product names (such as Chat Sights, Ockine, Swipi, and Citron Script), text and copy, graphics, layout, look and feel, and the overall design — are owned by Citronetic Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license to view the Site granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. You may not use the Citronetic name, wordmark, or brand assets without our prior written permission, other than nominative, factual references permitted by applicable law (for example, referring to Citronetic in a news article or review).

The "Monda" typeface used on the Site is used under the SIL Open Font License, Version 1.1. That license governs the font software itself and does not grant you any rights in Citronetic's brand, wordmark, copy, or other content.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Citronetic Limited and its licensors.

6. 6. Third-Party Links and Separate Product Terms

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources, including Citronetic's own product sites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service.

When you leave the Site or access a Citronetic product, you do so at your own discretion and become subject to the terms and privacy policy of that destination rather than these Terms. We encourage you to review those terms before using any linked site or product.

7. 7. Privacy, Cookies, and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with the Site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Site is designed to collect as little information as is reasonably necessary to operate securely.

The Site may process: (a) information you voluntarily send us by email, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message; and (b) standard technical and log data collected automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring URL, which we use for security and aggregate analytics.

The Site is hosted and served through Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers). We use only essential cookies needed for the Site to function, and we do not run advertising trackers. Any analytics we use are privacy-respecting and aggregate.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — for example, rights under the EU and UK GDPR (such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, and objection) or under the California CCPA/CPRA (such as the right to know, delete, and correct your information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your rights). 8. 8. Disclaimers

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. Any reliance you place on the Site is at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

9. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Citronetic Limited, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100), or the equivalent in your local currency.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. 10. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Citronetic Limited, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of that claim.

11. 11. Changes to the Site and to These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this document. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, please stop using the Site.

12. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the Site, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Citronetic Limited is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

You agree that the courts located in the jurisdiction in which Citronetic Limited is incorporated will have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts — except where applicable mandatory law provides otherwise, for example consumer-protection laws that entitle you to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

13. 13. Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other terms expressly referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Citronetic Limited regarding the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on that subject.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms bind and benefit the parties and their permitted successors and assigns.

Headings. Section headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
